1. Acceptance of Terms

You may register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any user found to have multiple accounts will have all accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

bingo5 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits are credited to your account balance in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or cryptocurrency equivalent.

In the event of a game malfunction, hardware failure, software error, or communication disruption that affects game outcomes, all affected bets will be void and stakes returned to affected players. bingo5 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control. If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any game in progress will be completed according to the last action you took before disconnection.

In no event shall bingo5's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the amount you paid to bingo5 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you may withdraw your remaining balance, subject to meeting all wagering requirements and verification procedures. We may hold funds for up to 30 days after closure to ensure no chargebacks or disputes are pending.

9.2 Termination by bingo5
